§ 6-62. Noisy animals prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep on his premises or under his control any animal which, by loud or frequent barking, howling, or otherwise, shall disturb the peace and quiet of any reasonable person who may reside within reasonable proximity of the place where such animal is kept.
